The semi-arid climate has resulted in Cabernet grapes with small bunches and berries. Long cold soaking and a steady fermentation have led to a wine with a deep, dark color and complex nose. Expect cinnamon, dark berry fruits and candied orange peel, ending with a hint of vanilla ice-cream. Enjoy with roast chicken with thyme and lemon or roast leg of lamb with whole garlic cloves.
