Aged 6 months in stainless steel tanks, then aged in Slavonia oak for a minimum of 36 months. Ruby red color tending to garnet with aging, Perfumed and ethereal, with hints of red berries. Tannic and dry in the mouth, with medium body and structure. Serve with red meats, game, roasts, mature cheeses.
