On the first sip, it has a sweet entry-- puff pastry with a touch of baker's chocolate, toffee, raisin and a sweet nuttiness that's reminiscent of nocello. A touch of apricot on the finish rounds things out, all wrapped in a layer of oak that makes the whole experience just right.
