A. E. Dor VS Selection is partly made from Borderies and Fins Bois which gives it its floral and fruity notes. Matured in humid cellars. On the nose, a rich combination of toffee and fruit rolls out of the glass. The palate is sharper than expected, with Granny smith apples joined by sultanas, plump raisins and Muscat grapes. The finish is fruity and lingering, with toffee quickly fading to reveal orchard fruit and cinnamon spice.
