Crafted from the oldest rums kept on reserve at the distillery in Barbados, it is expertly blended and then aged in oak barrels to create a smooth, mellow spirit. This rich, medium-bodied rum displays enticing aromas of rown sugar and warm vanilla on the nose, whish lead to notes of dried fruit and baking spice on the velvety palate. This rum is best when sipped neat or on the rocks, but would also be an excellent addition to premium cocktails.
