This semi-sweet black currant apple wine has rich and refreshing tones of earthy black currants with a subtle apple finish.
|Wine maker notes|
|Banned in the early 1900ís black currants were thought to have contributed to the spread of a fungus threatening the timber industry. In 2003 the ban was lifted in New York allowing farmers to grow this beneficial fruit, high in antioxidants and vitamin C.|
