The 2002 may actually be better than the 2003, which is not surprising in this particular sector. A deep ruby/purple color is accompanied by a bouquet of mocha, black cherries, and currants. With good sweetness, a broad mid-palate, and elegant, pure, currant and cherry flavors nicely kissed by toasty oak, it will provide plenty of pleasure over the next 5-6 years. |
