    The 2004 Shiraz (from the original vineyard planted in 1971 and cultivated organically) exhibits a dense ruby/purple color along with a sweet perfume of smoked herbs interwoven with black currant and blueberry fruit. The wine is rich, full-bodied, and powerful, with a certain degree of minerality, a characteristic of all three of these cuvees. Drink it over the next 10-15 years.
