    This elderberry honey wine is more like grape wine than Honey Run's other varieties, and is on the sweet side. It has been referred to as "instant port" by numerous tasters. Our winemaker enjoys Elderberry Honeywine by itself, or with a splash of blackberry grappa (brandy could be substituted).
