We offer a 15% discount on a case (12 bottle) purchase at Allstarwine.com. The discount will apply to both Full Cases(12 bottles of the same wine) and Mixed Cases(any 12 bottles). Wines that are currently on sale and certain high end, hard to find wines will count towards your overall case quantity, but cannot be discounted any further.
All Star Wine & Spirits is committed to the 100% satisfaction of our customers, and we want to hear about any problems you may experience. Should any product be broken during shipping, please email our Customer Service department at email@example.com,or call (518) 713-4050 within 24 hours of receipt of the goods so we can pursue a claim with the shipping company. We may ask to have damaged products returned to us in their original packaging or ask to have pictures of the damaged goods sent to us. It is understood that if we cannot verify that the product was damaged through one of these methods, Allstarwine.com cannot provide a refund.
If the product you receive is not the product you ordered, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt of the goods so that we can resolve the issue in a timely fashion. If we make an error and ship you the wrong item(s), we will correct this at our expense.
If the product you received is the product that you ordered, but not what you intended to order, we can accept a return or make an exchange, but unfortunately, all of the shipping costs involved will need to be paid by the customer.
Please DO NOT RETURN GOODS to us without having received prior authorization from us. Shipping laws are very specific and we need to adhere to proper shipping procedures whether the wine is being sent FROM us or TO us.
All products carried by Allstarwine.com are stored in a temperature-controlled environment and are in excellent condition upon leaving our facility. As is tradition in the wine trade, all bottles are purchased at the buyer's risk. Any return claim will be addressed on a per order basis, and under our discretion, may not be refundable. We assume no liability for wines that are overheated (leaking), or frozen, as a result of shipping. If you feel that temperature extremes (hot or cold) could pose a threat to the overall quality of the product, we strongly suggest that you request to have your order shipped via express air service to ensure the highest level of protection for your purchase.
We do understand that express service can be costly, and offer our temperature controlled warehouse as a safe storing option until weather conditions are more conducive to shipping safely.
