Our Shipping & Delivery Policy

    In accordance with New York State law you must be 21 years of age or older to purchase wine or spirits. In placing an order with us, you are representing that you are at least 21 years of age. In order to receive a shipment from Allstarwine.com you will be required to present an ID to UPS or FedEx upon delivery. It is not possible to leave a shipment without an adult signature - a person 21 years of age or older must be present to receive any shipment from Allstarwine.com.

    Local Delivery

    Local delivery is available. Please call us to inquire about rates and availability.

    In Store Pick Up

    You can order online and pick up your order at our store. Just choose "In Store Pickup(FREE)" as your "Shipping Option". We'll let you know via email when the order is ready for pickup(usually within a couple hours of placing your order)

    Shipping

    In most cases, orders placed after 2:00pm will be processed and shipped the following business day. We will contact you by the end of the next business day if there are any problems with your order.

    Shipping rates are calculated in real time via UPS and FedEx online sites and include a small Shipping & Handling fee to cover the cost of the protective shipping boxes.

    We make no representation to the legal rights of anyone to ship or receive alcohol into any state outside of New York. The buyer is solely responsible for shipment of alcoholic beverage products. By placing an order, you authorize us to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order to you.

    Although we try to keep all of our customers happy, we are not able to ship to Alabama, Arkansas, Delaware, Kansas, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Mississippi, Montana, New Jersey, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island Tennessee or Utah due to laws in those states . If alternate arrangements can be made to ship to someone in another state on your behalf, we will be more than happy to comply.

    New York and New Hampshire residents are subject to an 8% sales tax.

    Any order that cannot be confirmed or processed by the last day of the respective month in which it was placed will be canceled online.
